Olivia has been an avid reader from an early age, since the day her father brought home a boxed set of C.S. Lewis’ The Chronicles of Narnia when she was five, and still enjoys devouring good literature of all kinds. She graduated from the University of Montevallo with a B.A. in history.
She started writing creatively at the age of eight, starting out small with poems and short stories. She finished and published The Partition of Africa, her debut novel, in 2014.
She currently lives in central Alabama with her husband, to whom she’s been wed since the age of twenty-two, and their cat, Buddy. Along with working full-time in higher education, she is busy working on her next literary adventure.
